Express KCS Inc is a US-owned company with nearly 40 years of experience in the creative industries, working with established blue-chip US and European companies. We provide mission-critical services to corporations, publishers, retailers , agencies and SMEs.

The management team blends Western and Indian international business experience with a solid background in publishing and the creative industry.

Our account managers have decades of experience in outsourcing, newspapers, magazines, publishing systems, workflow design and change management. Crucially, we understand in detail how creative and publishing processes work, and how to identify and improve workflows.

Express KCS staff have a thorough grounding in client-service orientated culture and many have been selected from the top graphic and design colleges, with whom Express KCS has cultivated close relationships.

Staff employment conditions are among the best in the industry, thanks to modern management practices, a comfortable working environment and up-to-date equipment and software. Facilities and resources

Our state-of-the-art 25,000 sq ft HQ is located in Gurgaon, New Delhi, and houses more than 450 staff. Gurgaon is one of India’s centers of outsourcing services, and boasts world-class telecommunications infrastructure. Express KCS’s office technology infrastructure and resilience is the envy of many of its clients across Europe and North America.

Express KCS has offices in the USA (in San Jose) the UK (in Milton Keynes) and Australia, headed by onshore management for direct liaison with customers.

For large contracts, such as the MediaNews Group titles in the USA, the UK’s London Property News (then owned jointly by News International and PropertyFinder Publishing), or National Magazines (UK), Express KCS establishes a dedicated production studio.
