Associate Service Delivery Manager

Purpose of Role

The Associate Service Delivery Manager will deliver high-quality project management and account management, and will co-ordinate the delivery of jobs and projects through the creative process to production. They will possess excellent operational skills, customer service skills and be confident in dealing with clients.

In tandem with the Service Delivery Team and with the Support of the Service Delivey Manager, the Associate Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the operational management of their allocated studio team, with responsibility for overseeing and managing a high-quality service.

It is anticipated that the Associate Service Delivery Manager will, on occasion, perform general ad hoc duties – as requested by the Service Delivery Manager or other members of the Operations Management team

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

» Maintain strong, professional, service-oriented relationships with clients

» Plan and manage all jobs/projects effectively to meet client, Express KCS and personal objectives. Ensure that all jobs/projects meet client KPIs and SLAs. This will necessitate effective team working with the studio teams and other departments.

» Maintain the studio MIS; booking in work, generating quotes and logging the flow of work into and out of the studio, with supporting job notes and instructions

» Obtain client approval of quotes and turnaround times (where applicable)

» Ensure the client is fully informed about their jobs/projects at all stages

» Attend studio workflow meetings to ensure all work is managed and delivered effectively through the studio team

» Maintain exceptional quality through best practice, having good attention to detail and delivering all work to a high level of accuracy

» Manage their time and resources effectively, having a proactive approach and working on their own initiative, consistently meeting or exceeding target efficiency and KPI figures

» Interacting with the on- and off-site team in a professional, approachable style

Purpose of Role

The Operational Excellence team Project Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large scale projects. The scope of these projects includes client implementations, client test activity, internal change initiatives and other relevant projects within the Operations department.

Pre-press Operator

Key Roles and Responsibilities
The Operator should be able to work on the production of a wide variety of products including newspapers, magazines, books and stationery. Pre-press Operators cover a range of tasks in the printing process from the design, approval of artwork, ads, images and texts to the actual printing itself.
As a Pre-press Operator the exact duties are:

» Laying out artwork to plan how a finished page will appear (known as Page planning/Designing
