William L Guttman, PhD

Chairman

Dr. William Guttman is Distinguished Service Professor of Economics and Technology and Special Advisor to the Provost at Carnegie-Mellon University. He was part of the founding group of Carnegie-Mellon's CyLab -- one of the world's largest University-based research initiatives focused on dependability and security in software and networked systems. He also serves as Chairman of Carnegie-Mellon's education management company, iCarnegie, Inc.

He has helped build a number of technology companies, including Printcafe (NASDAQ:PCAF, acquired by NASDAQ: EFII), which he co-founded and served as Chairman and CEO. He has previously served in various advisory capacities for the United States, the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, and the OECD. He is the author of Pacific Asian Capital Markets (OECD/Oxford & IBH), among numerous other publications and patents. He completed his Masters and Doctoral degrees at Balliol College, Oxford University, where he was a British Council Scholar.

Robert Berkeley has spent most of his career working in and around the media. Starting his career in the 80s in London’s ultra-competitive newspaper industry, he was at the centre of the publishing technology revolution. He honed his expertise in their transition from hot metal and phototypesetting, and then to the ultimate flexibility of desktop publishing. Robert worked with the Evening Standard in London on the team that created the first full page output of newspaper pages, and at other iconic mastheads, before moving on to magazine production and print technology.

More recently, Robert was Managing Director of PrintCafe Europe (NASDAQ: PCAF, acquired by NASDAQ: EFII), with eight years of P&L responsibility for all EU countries, consistently the most profitable group in PrintCafe, and with the highest sales/employee ratio throughout his tenure. He joined Express KCS in 2003 and, with Tariq Husain, has been instrumental in guiding the company’s strategic dominance in the creative outsourcing marketplace.

Chief Operating Officer

Tariq grew up in India, and is the son of the founder of the company that became Express KCS. His life has revolved around the world-class graphic arts industry and he is a personal friend of the key players in India's corporate and advertising scene.

Educated in India, Germany and the USA, Tariq began his career working in Chicago for a leading supplier of newspaper production technology, before returning to India to re-engineer Express KCS to become a leader in the provision of outsourcing creative production.

His expertise, contacts and global perspective helped to form our strategic focus on capability, credibility and creativity, which our worldwide clients have come to expect from Express KCS.

Lawrence K. Kinsella

Chief Financial Officer

Larry Kinsella has a wealth of financial services experience and has held numerous senior management roles at the global icon, Dow Jones. He was Vice President/General Manager of Dow Jones International with responsibility for all finance and administrative issues as well as direct bottom-line responsibility for the sales and editorial functions at The Wall Street Journal Americas, AmericaEconomia magazine, and Asian Wall Street Journal Weekly. Before that, Larry had been Comptroller and Chief Accounting Officer at Dow Jones. He also served as senior financial representative on the CNBC Americas venture and as a Director of CNBC Europe and Asia. Formerly CFO of BT Radianz, Larry oversaw the company's global finances and managed the financial strategies to support overall corporate performance. Larry, a Certified Public Accountant, is a member of the New York Society of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has been honored by the New Jersey Society of CPAs with the J. H. Cohn award for outstanding achievement.

Dick Jones

Director Sales - Worldwide

Dick Jones has 35 years experience working in the publishing sector. His first 20 years involved sales and executive positions with several of the UK's largest newspaper publishing groups. Dick also has extensive experience working within the publishing system solutions sector working as sales director for Digital Technology and Media Systems before running his own system software and publishing company.
