HR Executive

Key Result Areas

1. Recruitment and selection

   • Coordinate, negotiate and liaise with employment and advertising agents on service fees, advertisement recruitment and interview schedules
   • Conduct interviews up to senior executive levels
   • Arrange interviews for all management levels
   • Prepare letters of offer to selected candidates and letters of rejection to unsuccessful candidates
   • (Occasionally) Source for freelance designers at short notice and place them in studio teams as appropriate
   • Conduct exit interviews.

2. Compensation and benefits

   • Attend to employees’ grievances and complaints; provide guidance if necessary
   • Provide feedback to management on ways to further enhance the working environment
   • Organize corporate events such as company dinner, corporate trip, family day, etc.

3. HR Administration

   • Review, update and maintain proper filing of insurance policy, HR handbook, company doctors’ list, performance appraisal form and training schedules
   • Assist Accountant in planning and preparing annual headcount report and updating the organization chart
   • Review compensation and benefits up to junior designer level
   • (Occasionally) assist with drafting agreements/contracts for global and local freelancers.

4. HR Management

   • Conduct interviews for management level.
   • Assist in drafting out annual letter and promotion letter.
   • Administer the HR procedures.

5. Skills:

   1. Degree/Diploma in human resources management, business administration.
   2. 1 to 3 years’ relevant experience.
   3. Proficient in HR matters.
   4. Able to communicate well with all levels of people.
   5. Good writing skills.
   6. Meticulous, detailed, well-organized and able to work independently to meet deadlines
   7. Expert user of MS Office (including Excel) and mathematically literate
   8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Deputy General Manager, Information Technology

Job specifications for DGM IT

• Graduates with Diploma in Computers / MCA / PGDCA with 10-15yrs exp in IT with focus on Network, IT Security, Hardware
• The candidate must be well-versed in System Administration, especially Windows Active Directory
• Knowledge about Windows Patch Management and Windows Security is essential
• The candidate must be experienced in backup and restore procedure in a Windows Environment (with working knowledge of backup program such as Backup Exec)
• Hardware and software background would be preferred
• Some IILM experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills are a must
• 3-5 years work experience is desirable.

Pre Sales Manager

Key Result Areas

• Interaction with prospects to understand business processes
• Preparation and setting up of specific software demos to match the prospect’s business processes
• Online and onsite demonstration of the organisation‘s creativity to prospects/clients
• Creating product and solution presentations and collateral
• Keeping abreast of industry, competition and technology trends and developments.

Job Specifications for Pre Sales Manager

• At least 3-5 years in a presales role (involving cold calling) with an organisation in the service industry
• Prior experience in Pre Press industry would be preferred
• Ability to quickly grasp customer requirements, conceptualize solutions and present ideas on the spot
• Ability to communicate one-to-one with top level corporate
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to deliver presentations demonstrating knowledge of domain and technology
• Ability to work in a team environment.
