London based News International, part of News Corporation, are moving to reduce production costs by working with Express KCS to offshore certain aspects of publication production. In a deal signed today, Cheshire Property Magazine, part of the London Property News stable of titles will have all ad production and page preparation carried out at Express KCS’ facilities just outside Delhi in India. Using a combination of a custom-developed online ad production system (‘Ella’) and manual page layout, Express KCS will be responsible for full production following order taking, through to delivery of pressready PDF pages to the printer.
